I wholeheartedly recommend Helen as your professional chef of choice. Helen is able to create menus to fulfil whatever the brief; whether it be a fine-dining experience (such as our 3 day, wedding-weekend extravaganza, for 30 guests) to a regular chef at our private shoot days where she provides a light lunch and a 3 course gourmet supper, and every other occasion in-between! Her food is always superb; absolutely delicious and well presented. What I love about Helen is her dedication to researching seasonal menus and then sourcing the very best ingredients from her network of regular sources, which include independent/local suppliers, whilst working to a pre-determined budget.
Helen is totally reliable, well-organized, tidy, nice to have around, attentive to any specific requests or any dietary requirements and unflappable under pressure.
What a find, if only I could have her cook for us more often!
